Accept Armenian payments in Ecwid

Ecwid is hosted, so there is nothing to upload anywhere: you enable the Ecwid connector in your Paynet dashboard, install the Paynet app in your store, and the payment method shows up in the Ecwid checkout. Successful payments mark the Ecwid order paid, and failed ones return the buyer to the checkout to try another method.

How it works

  1. 01

Find your Store ID at the bottom of the Ecwid admin sidebar.

  2. 02

In Paynet open Domains, pick your store domain, verify it, and enable Ecwid under site-builder integrations, entering the Store ID.

  3. 03

Install the Paynet app in your Ecwid store.

  4. 04

Open the Ecwid payment settings: the Paynet method is already there. Enable it.

  5. 05

Run a test order, confirm the status lands back on the order, then go live after business verification.

What you need

  • An Ecwid store priced in Armenian dram.
  • A domain for the store that you can verify in Paynet.
  • Your own provider credentials: a bank on the ARCA network, Idram, Telcell or ArcaQR.

Paynet charges a flat amount per successful live payment and a small amount per standalone fiscal receipt, with no monthly fee and no percentage cut; your bank or wallet provider bills its own acquiring fee separately. 20 ֏

Questions

Neither. The connector is enabled in the Paynet dashboard and the app is installed from Ecwid, so the whole setup happens in two admin panels.
Whatever you have turned on for that domain: cards over the ARCA network, Idram, Telcell and ArcaQR. Each appears under its own name so buyers recognise what they are choosing.
Paynet reports the final status to your store, and the integration confirms it against the Paynet API rather than trusting the message on its own. That way a duplicated or delayed notification cannot put an order into the wrong state.
Yes. Install the Sandbox provider and place an order in your own store: no bank is contacted, no money moves and nothing is counted, but the order behaves exactly as a live one will.
