Accept Armenian payments in Shopify

Shopify only opens its own checkout to approved payment partners, so Paynet comes in straight after it: the buyer places the order with your manual payment method, presses Pay by card on the thank you page and pays on Paynet. The order is marked paid in Shopify the moment the payment goes through, and can be fulfilled automatically.

How it works

    In Shopify add a manual payment method named, for example, "Card payment".

  2. 02

    In your Paynet dashboard open Shopify, type your .myshopify.com address and press Request.

  3. 03

    Press Install when your store app is ready, usually within minutes.

  4. 04

    Follow the checklist on that page: each button opens the right Shopify screen to add the Pay by card button to the thank you page, the order status page and the confirmation email.

    Place one test order, then go live after business verification.

What you need

  • A Shopify store priced in Armenian dram.
  • Permission to change settings in your Shopify admin.
  • Your own provider credentials: a bank on the ARCA network, Idram, Telcell or ArcaQR.
